Ingredients
250g self raising flour
200ml milk
150g cooked meat (such as chicken or beef)
3 chopped spring onions
50g hoi sin sauce
Instructions
1Add self raising flour and milk to a food processor and mix until combined into a slightly sticky dough
2 Tip out and knead briefly before rolling the dough into 8 balls
3 Chop up your cooked meat and mix with three chopped spring onions and your Chinese sauce
4 Press out each dough ball into a larger circle and place some of the mixture into the middle and bring up the sides to form a ball ensuring the seams are at the bottom and place into a paper muffin case
5 Repeat with the remaining 7 dough balls then place them into a steamer insert inside your pan with boiling water underneath, cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes until puffed up and cooked through
6 Serve with julienned cucumber, spring onion and your favourite dipping sauce
