Ingredients
- 250g self raising flour
- 200ml milk
- 150g cooked meat (such as chicken or beef)
- 3 chopped spring onions
- 50g hoi sin sauce
Instructions
- Add self raising flour and milk to a food processor and mix until combined into a slightly sticky dough.
- Tip out and knead briefly before rolling the dough into 8 balls.
- Chop up your cooked meat and mix with three chopped spring onions and your Chinese sauce.
- Press out each dough ball into a larger circle and place some of the mixture into the middle and bring up the sides to form a ball ensuring the seams are at the bottom and place into a paper muffin case.
- Repeat with the remaining 7 dough balls then place them into a steamer insert inside your pan with boiling water underneath
- cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes until puffed up and cooked through.
- Serve with julienned cucumber
- spring onion and your favourite dipping sauce
