Orange Mulled Wine
Preparation time 2 minutes
Cooking time 10 minutes
1 Put the wine in the saucepan along with the orange juice, sugar, clementine slices, cinnamon sticks, cloves and cardamom pods.
2 Heat gently until the sugar dissolves and then simmer for a further couple of minutes before switching off the heat and straining the wine.
3 Serve the wine in heatproof glasses, garnished with orange slices and cinnamon sticks.
