Redeeming Gift Cards
Where can my e-Gift Card be used?
Your e-Gift Card can be redeemed at circulon.uk.com. It is not valid in retail stores or on any other sites.
How do I redeem an e-Gift card?
You'll be sent an email with a unique e-Gift Card code. Simply add products to your cart, and at the checkout enter your unique code in the Discount Code field. If the total cart amount is less than your Gift Card balance, the remaining balance on your Gift Card will be adjusted accordingly. If the total cart amount is more than your Gift Card balance, you'll be prompted to pay the difference via another payment method such as PayPal or debit card.
Can e-Gift Cards be used more than once?
Yes, as long as there is balance left on the Gift Card & validity date hasn’t expired.
Can multiple e-Gift Cards be used on one purchase?
Yes, you are able to use multiple e-Gift Cards and redeem them against a single purchase. Your code will not change – it will remain the same even if used across multiple different purchases.
Can I pay for products using e-Gift Cards and other payment types?
Absolutely! If your basket value is more than your e-Gift Card balance, simply add your Gift Card code at checkout and you will be presented with what is left to pay for your products. You can also use Klarna to spread the remaining cost of your basket, with no interest and no fees. Find out more about Klarna here.
Can an e-Gift Card be used to buy a Gift Card?
No, you are unable to use a Gift Card to purchase another Gift Card. Gift Cards can only be redeemed against products & shipping.
Can I use my e-Gift Card code as well as a discount code?
Absolutely. The checkout is restricted to one discount code use per customer, however as your e-Gift Card is not a discount (it’s a form of payment), this does not count. Simply enter your discount code first, followed by your e-Gift Card code.
My code is not working
If your code is not working, the likelihood is that you have used all of your e-Gift Card balance, or it has expired. If you think this is incorrect, please use our Contact Page to contact our Customer Support Team. Select the dropdown for ‘Gift Cards’ in the enquiry type and provide your order number.
Balances & Expiry Dates
How do I check my balance/expiry date?
If you have not used your e-Gift Card, your balance & expiry date can be found in the email confirmation.
If you have used your e-Gift Card and want to check how much balance you have left, use our Contact Page to contact our Customer Support Team. Select the dropdown for ‘Gift Cards’ in the enquiry type and provide your Gift Card number. We will check your balance and get back to you with the amount left.
How long are e-Gift Cards valid?
This will depend on when your e-Gift Card was purchased. The best way to check your validity is to find it in the email that contains your unique e-Gift Card code & expiry date. If you cannot find this, please use our Contact Page to contact our Customer Support Team. Select the dropdown for ‘Gift Cards’ in the enquiry type and provide your Gift Card number. We will check your expiry date and get back to you.
Can I extend my expiry date, or top up my e-Gift Card?
No, you cannot extend your expiry date or top up your e-Gift Card.

How do I purchase an e-Gift Card?

Will a physical gift card be sent?
No, our e-Gift Cards are electronic Gift Cards delivered via email, to the email address provided at the checkout.
How do I access my e-Gift Card?
e-Gift Cards are delivered via email, to the email address provided at the checkout. You'll be sent an email with a unique e-Gift Card code.
How do I send a e-Gift Card to my intended recipient?
You can choose to either forward the email with the e-Gift Card Code to the recipient, or print off and put inside a card for a personal touch. The choice is yours!
I haven’t received my e-Gift Card, what should I do?
Firstly, check your confirmation email hasn’t gone in to your junk or spam folders.
If you still cannot find it, use our Contact Page to contact our Customer Support Team. Select the dropdown for ‘Gift Cards’ in the enquiry type and provide your order number. We can then resend your order confirmation email with the Gift Card code.
What if my email address is wrong?
It is your responsibility to provide accurate information to ensure you or your recipient receives the gift card. We can only resend eGift Card codes to the email address provided. Please see our full Terms & Conditions below.
Can I use Klarna to pay for my e-Gift Card purchase?
Klarna is only available to spread the cost of purchases of physical goods, which does not include e-Gift Cards. You can use all our other accepted payment methods, including PayPal, Gpay, Apple Pay, Credit Card & Debit Card.
Can I use a discount code to purchase e-Gift Cards?
Discount codes are not valid on e-Gift Card purchases (unless specifically stated). However, you can apply a discount code to other items in your basket as normal.
Can I customise my eGift Card?
Unfortunately we do not have the option to allow eGift Cards to be customised.
Can I get a refund after I have purchased an e-Gift Card?
e-Gift Cards are non-refundable.
How will I be refunded if I have paid using an e-Gift Card?
If you have used an e-Gift Card to purchase or part purchase products from Circulon.uk.com, refunds will be made back to the payment methods used in the original transaction, including e-Gift Cards.
If I get a refund on my e-Gift Card will the expiry date be extended?
The expiry date starts from point of purchase, or in some instances via our partnerships, you will be given a specific expiry date. If you purchase & get refunded on to your e-Gift Card, the expiry date will remain the same & the e-Gift Card will still need to be used within this period.
